From the spectacular Lewdd collection, here is a great sounding complete Jam show, from the Brighton Centre, December 1979......that was roughly the time of my fave Jam album, "Setting Sons", and that album is quite generously represented......but you also get virtually all of the classic Jam material as well, the sound is crispy clear, and the band sounds energized and angry.....thanks to Lewdd for this, no idea if it's rare or not, but it really is fab to listen to, great boot, ***** effort.

ReplyDeleteI saw them on the same tour at Leicester De Montfort Hall. As good as they were that night, they were better when I saw them at Derby Kings Hall in '77. Maybe because Leicester's only Leicester in June and July.
